How Finance Teams Use Supply Trace

How Finance Teams Use Supply Trace

  1. Users can conduct rapid searches of their supply chain, materials, and submaterials to quickly identify which suppliers to engage in meaningful harmful chemical abatement.
  2. For Finance team members, Supply Trace can also search by HS Code. Providing insight into high risk materials that could be subject to either tariffs, or increased prices. For example, 853400 is the HS Code for PBCA.
  3. Queries can be combined. PCBA specifically sourced from China will soon be subject to a 35% total tariff when imported into the United States.
  4. With ease, users of Supply Trace can search for tariffed items upstream in their supply chain.
  5. Muir's Carbon Origin Engine will give users the emissions for each component in a finished good
  6. Cost is also considered, allowing for finance teams to proactively consider COGS in their decision -making process.
